1. The service and these terms

These Terms of Service cover use of SignThix at signthix.com. SignThix is a document preparation and electronic-signature workflow service operated from Israel. Its features include preparing PDFs, assigning fields, sending signature requests, collecting responses and following document activity.

These terms govern use of SignThix by the person using the service. If you use SignThix for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.

2. Accounts and authority

You must have the legal capacity and any necessary permission to use the service and enter into these terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized account use to support@notethix.com.

Only send documents and instructions that you are authorized to send. A recipient should review a document and act only in their own name or with valid authority to act for someone else.

3. Your documents and content

You retain your rights in the documents and content you provide. You give SignThix a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, render, process and deliver that content as needed to perform the document and signing workflows you use. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to SignThix.

You are responsible for the content, recipient details and instructions you supply, and for having the necessary rights and permissions to process and share them. Keep a copy of documents and completed records that you need to retain.

4. Preparing and signing documents

Before sending, review the document, field placement, recipient assignments, signing order and verification settings. Before signing, review the document and all values entered in it. Contact the sender if something is incorrect or unclear.

SignThix provides a workflow and records of actions performed in that workflow. It does not provide legal advice or determine whether a particular document, verification method or electronic signature meets every requirement that may apply to your transaction. Choose a process appropriate to the document and people involved.

5. Connected services

You may connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox to send document-related messages through that account. You must be authorized to connect the mailbox and send the messages. Review the provider's permissions and terms before connecting. Disconnecting a mailbox stops future use of that stored connection but does not recall messages already sent.

If you use SMS verification or configure webhooks, provide accurate contact details and only configure destinations you are authorized to use. The Privacy Policy describes information processed by these features.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use SignThix to:

• Forge a signature, impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unauthorized documents or messages.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the service or its providers.
• Access another person's account, document or private information without permission.
• Evade access controls or use a mailbox, phone number, webhook or other integration without authorization.

SignThix may restrict access to address abuse, unauthorized access or a legal requirement. This provision does not create an automated suspension rule or a promise that every misuse will be detected.

7. Availability and third parties

The service depends on hosting, authentication, file processing and communication providers. A workflow may be delayed or unavailable when those services are interrupted. Check the document's status before relying on successful delivery or completion, and retain copies you need independently.

These terms do not introduce a service-level agreement, uptime target, support-response deadline or universal guarantee about a signing outcome.

8. Privacy and ending use

The Privacy Policy explains the application data flows and connection controls. You can stop using SignThix, disconnect a mailbox and use the document controls available in your account. For account closure or data requests not covered by those controls, contact support@notethix.com.

Stopping use or disconnecting a mailbox does not remove completed documents delivered to another person or automatically erase all audit records and backups. The retention section of the Privacy Policy describes the current controls and limits.

9. Changes and applicable rights

A published revision of these terms will carry a revision date. We will communicate material changes to affected users before applying those changes to their use of the service.

The governing law is the law of the State of Israel, subject to mandatory rights and protections that cannot be excluded by an agreement.
